Refund and Cancellation

A deposit equal to £200 for orders up to £750 and £300 for orders over £750 will be required to confirm booking and reservation of equipment. Any cancellation or part cancellation of orders within 7 days of date of hire is chargeable at 50% hire charge. Within 72 hours at full hire charge.

To start a cancellation, you can contact us at with a copy of your order details.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the order is not returned or available for collection on the agreed date, an additional charge will apply to extend the hire, 100% of the hire cost per day. 



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us should you have any issues, we cannot process a return/exchange/damaged issue if you have notified us after the event has taken place



We will notify you once we’ve received a cancellation request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or via bank transfer.. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
