BBQ Catering & Hotdog trike service –
Most quotes are subject to minimum 40 covers charge (unless stated otherwise) if your numbers are below this, we may be able to add further options to the menu to cover the difference or include a service charge.
Below are a couple of menu options to give you an idea of cost, we can of course change or add options, mix options, or build new menus to your budget and specifications, so just ask.

We provide condiments, disposable plates and cutlery. We can provide crockery and metal cutlery for a hire charge, but we strongly recommend using disposable plates and cutlery which will be included in the above price per head.
The BBQ quotes are for a 1 to 1.5-hour BBQ cooking service allowing guests to come to the BBQ for service, (guests will not be able to help themselves). Extra time can be allowed subject to a charge. Any final quote would be dependent on a site visit, location distance, and whether extra equipment or staff is required.
I would require an initial site visit to risk assess layout and service area, and to make sure we are doing everything possible in ensuring the safety of our staff and of the guests, extra charges may be applicable for any additional staff, layout or equipment needed.
